Tina Ah Puck

Tina Ah Puck Tina Ah Puck was born in the middle of Michigan. She first traveled to Maui because she won a trip on the radio and moved there permanently in 2004. She began painting professionally soon after. Tina's art is inspired by ancient Hawaiian legends, natural places of mana (energy) and the possibilities of fantastical worlds existing in hidden corners of the forest and ocean. Her works of art draw the viewer to look deeper for hidden objects and meanings. "I wish for the paintings to weave a sense of place, the history and legends, as well as the possibilities of what may exist that we have forgotten to see." Tina is still painting in Lahaina, mostly in acrylics. You can see her latest works at the Banyan Tree Fine Art Gallery in Lahaina.
