DeAna Duncan
Every moment in life is a miracle we should enjoy! My name is DeAna Duncan and I am a Lahaina based art teacher, photographer and painter. Though originally from Nashville, TN, my love for the ocean and the unique flora and fauna of the Hawaiian Islands brought me to Maui. I have a BFA in Printmaking and a Master’s in Education. I have taught Visual Art, Art History, Dance, and Filmmaking. Teaching is a way for me to share with my students a passion for all the Arts.My favorite subjects to photograph are the spectacular skies above and the beauty and grace of what is found below the ocean’s surface.In my watercolor paintings, my passion is for the ever-present blooms and colors that surround us in Hawaii. I am honored for you to share in my love for these Islands!
